Payment & Cancellation Policy ​

Retreat Details

• Location: Danena, Sicily (Italy)
• Dates: 15–22 August 2026
• Duration: 7 nights / 8 days

Pricing : All-Inclusive Retreat

• Shared Accommodation — £1,650 per person

• Private Room — £2,050 per person (limited availability)

Deposit & Booking

A £400 deposit is required to secure your place once the retreat is confirmed (upon reaching a minimum of 12 participants).

The deposit is non-refundable once paid.

However, you may transfer your place to another person at any time, provided you arrange the replacement and notify the organiser in advance.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the retreat (20 June 2026).

Once the full balance has been paid, the retreat fee becomes non-refundable.

Failure to complete the payment by this date may result in your place being offered to another participant.

Cancellation by Participant

If you cancel your booking:

• The deposit is non-refundable

• If you cancel before the final payment is due, no further payment is required

• If you cancel after the final payment has been made, no refund is available

You may transfer your booking to another guest at any time, provided you arrange the replacement directly and notify the organiser in advance.

Cancellation by Organiser

If the retreat must be cancelled due to low numbers or unforeseen circumstances, all payments — including deposits, will be refunded in full.

Participants will be notified as early as possible.

​

Minimum Group Size

The retreat will proceed with a minimum of 12 confirmed participants.

If this number is not reached, the retreat may be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded in full.

Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
